Agri-Food Exchange is a product of Agri-Food Central Ltd. and represents the culmination of the experience and wisdom we’ve accumulated over the past 15 years.

With “Agri-Food Exchange”, our proprietary Electronic Trading Platform, we are providing clients with unprecedented real-time access to trading activity of select pulses, grains and seeds.

In this uncertain world of agribusiness, there is one thing you can be absolutely sure of: approved USERS of the platform are bonafide importers and exporters who have been involved in the import/export of grains, seeds, pulses in the past 12 months or have provided us with sufficient evidence to demonstrate their capacity to perform at the time access was granted.  This much we can guarantee through our own market research and information and we will provide evidence to a counter party at the time business is concluded, upon written request.

It is most common that sellers and buyers execute trades independently without any engagement from us and without any fees or commissions being due or payable.  However, where it makes sense to the seller and/or buyer, Agri-Food Central Ltd. (the parent company) stands ready to provide a complete or limited brokerage service as well as a full suite of Transportation and Logistics offerings to address risks associated with transportation, documentation, quality, delivery, or payment.    

 

To explore these service offerings all a user needs to do is select TRADE ASSIST when posting a BID, INTEREST, OFFER or ASK and a representative will contact you to review and guide you through every step of the transaction – before the posting goes “live”, as well as issue a formal "Brokers’ Confirmation" after a TRADE is successful.
 

This TRADE ASSIST function is “optional”, not mandatory.  TRADE ASSIST is a logical choice for exporters and importers that have exacting requirements pertaining to quality, shipment or payment.  In addition to making the process easy to understand and transparent, the TRADE ASSIST option ensures your posting is monitored and promoted within the site and direct to logical counter parties.
